- Dibutuhkan 1 bungkus of tofu jepang(kurleb 200 gram), hancurkan dengan garpu.
- Siapkan 4 butir of telur ayam,ukuran sedang.
- Diperlukan 2 batang of daun bawang, rajang.
- Siapkan 1 buah of wortel, ukuran besar kemudian potong kotak kecil.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt of garam.
- Diperlukan 1/4 sdt of merica bubuk.
- Sediakan of saus:.
- Sediakan 1 siung of bawang putih, memarkan.
- Sediakan 1 siung of bawang bombay, iris halus memanjang.
- Sediakan 1/2 buah of wortel, potong tipis memanjang.
- Gunakan 3 sdm of saus tomat.
- Siapkan 1 sdm of saus sambal (optional).
- Siapkan secukupnya of garam.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya of gula (jika rasa kurang seimbang).
- Sediakan 100 ml of air (secukupnya saja).
- Gunakan secukupnya of larutan maizena (2 sdm tepung maizena+ 3 sdm air) optional, jika krg kental.
