- Campur air,garam & gula sampai larut. Campur bahan kering dengan mentega,aduk rata lalu tuang air. Saring jika masih ada yang bergerindil,beri sedikit pasta pandan lalu kukus +/- 30 menit atau sampai matang..
- Ambil sedikit adonan selagi panas/hangat agar mudah dibentuk,beri isian lalu gulingkan ke tepung maizena yang sudah disangrai.
