Fu Yung Hai. Fu Yung Hai is basically Chinese omelette cooked with meats and vegetables. Typical meats include ground pork, ground chicken, roughly chopped shrimp, and crab meat. For vegetables, the usual suspects include bean sprouts, scallions, carrots, and water chestnuts.

Bahan Fu Yung Hai
- Siapkan of Bahan telur :.
- Siapkan 4 butir of telur.
- Siapkan 3 lbr of kol rajang halus.
- Sediakan 2 buah of wortel potong korek api.
- Dibutuhkan 3 siung of bawang putih cincang.
- Diperlukan 2 sdm of tepung beras.
- Gunakan 1 sdm of tepung terigu.
- Siapkan Secukupnya of lada dan garam.
- Siapkan of Bahan saus :.
- Siapkan 1/2 of bawang bombay iris.
- Sediakan 1 buah of wortel potong korek api.
- Siapkan 2 siung of bawang putih cincang.
- Dibutuhkan 6 sdm of saus tomat.
- Siapkan 1/2 sdt of garam.
- Sediakan 1/2 sdt of lada bubuk.
- Diperlukan 2 sdm of gula pasir.
- Gunakan 1 sdt of meizena larutkan dgn sedikit air.
- Siapkan secukupnya of minyak.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya of air.
HEAT sunflower oil or any other neutral oil in the small sauce pan and sauté the garlic for about a minute. ADD the tomato ketchup along with the sugar and vinegar. Cara membuat Fu Yung Hai
- Campur semua bahan telur, aduk rata supaya tidak ada tepung yang menggumpal, panaskan minyak dalam wajan cekung, minyaknya harus benar2 panas, lalu buat dadar telur, balik jika satu sisi sudah matang, goreng hingga matang, angkat dan sisihkan..
- Buat sausnya, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum, masukkan wortel masak hingga wortel layu, lalu masukkan saus tomat, lada bubuk, garam dan gula, beri air aduk rata dan test rasa jika masih ada yg kurang silahkan ditambah, kalo rasa sudah pas, masukkan cairan maizena, aduk rata angkat dan siram di atas telur tadi..
- Note : Minyak harus benar2 panas dan banyak untuk dapat hasil telur yang montok dan mekar..
