- Bila sudah kalis. Ambil sedikit adonan pipihkan dg jari lalu beri potongan coklat blok tadi dan bulatkan (tekniknya sama dengan membuat klepon ya). Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
- Panaskan kukusan, utk mengukus bisa menggunakan daun pisang yang diolesi minyak sebagai alas utk meletakkan mochi, agar mudah ketika dikeluarkan. Jangan letakkan terlalu berdekatan krn nanti adonan akan mengembang ketika dikukus.
- Kukus dengan waktu 20-30 menit. Angkat adonan yg telah dikukus dan masukkan kedalam wadah yg berisi tepung maizena/ketan yg sudah disangrai. Mochi siap disajikan, lebih baik waktu hangat.
