Cara memasak Mochi
- Aduk rata semua bahan kecuali isian, hingga gula larut dan tdk ada yg bergerindil.
- Panaskan panci kukusan, bila sdh cukup panas masukkan adonan yg di taruh di wadah yg tahan panas.
- Kukusan selama 20-25 menit ato smpe matang, jika sudah matang keluarkan dr panci kukusan lalu letakan di wadah yg sdh ditaburi tepung ketan yg sudah di sangrai.
- Potong2 sesuai selera lalu beri isian dan bulat2 kan, lalu taburi tepung ketan lagi letakkan diatas papercup.
