Bahan Kinako mochi
- Sediakan 100 gr of tepung ketan.
- Dibutuhkan 80 gr of gula putih.
- Diperlukan 170 ml of air.
- Sediakan 1/2 sdt of mentega putih.
- Sediakan secukupnya of Kinako (bubuk kacang kedelai).
- Gunakan of Syrup dr gula merah ;.
- Gunakan 100 gr of gula merah.
- Siapkan 70 ml of air.

Cara memasak Kinako mochi
- Campurkan gula putih, tepung ketan dan air. Aduk rata.
- Masukkan ke microwave 1mnt. Lalu aduk lagi. Langkah ini diulang sampe 5 - 6x lalu yg ke 4xnya ditambahkan 1/2sdt mentega putih.
- Tuangkan kinako ke piring lebar. Lalu masukkan adonan mochi, gulung sampe tertutup rata dg kinako.
- Rebus gula merah dan air.
- Adonan yg digulung kinako, potong2 sesuai selera. Dan taraaaa siap saji. Cara gampang dan selamat mencoba đ.
