Cara membuat Gado-gado simple
- Siapkan semua sayuran potong-potong dan cuci bersih. Kukus tahu,wortel,buncis dan kacang panjang. Rebus sawi,tauge dan kubis sebentar saja kira-kira 2 menit angkat dan siram dengan air dingin, tiriskan.
- Tata semua bahan dalam piring.
- Goreng tahu dan tempe.
- Saus : goreng kacang,cabe,kencur dan bawang putih. Haluskan dan masak dengan santan juga bumbu lainnya. Cek rasa tunggu hingga mendidih.
- Penyajian : siapkan piring potong-potong lontong, telur, tahu, tempe, beri sayuran tomat timun.
- Siram dengan saus kacang beri kerupuk taburi bawang goreng, sedappp !!!.
