Bahan-bahan Mochi

  1. Dibutuhkan 250 gr of tepung beras ketan.
  2. Gunakan 150 gr of gula pasir.
  3. Diperlukan 250 ml of santan.
  4. Dibutuhkan of Pewarna makanan merah cherry,ijo pandan.
  5. Gunakan of U/ baluran : tepung maizena yg sdh disangrai.
  6. Dibutuhkan of U/ isian :.
  7. Sediakan of Kacang yg sdh dihaluskan(instant).
  8. Sediakan 1 sdm of gula pasir.
  9. Dibutuhkan 1 sdm of air hangat.

Langkah-langkah memasak Mochi

  1. Siapkan bahan-bahannya. Tepung maizena disangrai. U/ isian kacang dan selai strawberry..
  2. Campur tepung beras ketan,gula pasir,lalu masukkan santan pelan pelan sambil diaduk hingga rata. Beri 1 tetes pewarna makanan (sesuai selera),aduk hingga menyatu..
  3. Kukus adonan selama 15 menit. Alasi tutup panci dg serbet bersih..
  4. Setelah matang,ambil satu sdm lalu pipihkan (sy pakai sarung tangan plastik)beri isian kacang/sesuai selera lalu rapetkan dan dibentuk bulat/digulung. Lalu gulingkan ke tepung maizena yg sdh disangrai. Mochi siap disajikan bersama keluarga. šŸ™šŸ˜‡.
