  1. Siapkan 2 keping of Mie telor pipih (rebus).
  2. Dibutuhkan secukupnya of Kol.
  3. Dibutuhkan secukupnya of Sawi putih.
  4. Dibutuhkan 1 helai of daun bawang.
  5. Dibutuhkan secukupnya of Garam.
  6. Gunakan of Penyedap secukupnya (optional).
  7. Sediakan secukupnya of Kecap manis.
  8. Dibutuhkan of Bawang goreng secukupnya (optional).
  9. Dibutuhkan secukupnya of Minyak goreng.
  10. Dibutuhkan of Bumbu halus.
  11. Sediakan 3 buah of bawang merah.
  12. Sediakan 2 siung of bawang putih.
  13. Gunakan 1/2 sdt of merica.

Bakmi is normally boiled for serving. to make the fried noodles (bakmi goreng), the vegetables and proteins used are vary, but this combination is the best for my family :). Cara memasak Bakmie goreng

  1. Tumis bumbu halus (bawang merah, putih dan merica) sampai tanek,.
  2. Masukan sayur aduk rata sampai cukup layu, kemudian masukan garam dan penyedap secukupnya.
  3. Masukan bakmi yang sudah direbus terlebih dahulu,, aduk sampai tercampur rata dengan bumbu dan sayur,,,kemudian tambahkan kecap secukupnya aduk rata kembali,,.
  4. Cek rasa, angkat taburi bawang goreng secukupnya dan sajikan,,mudah bukan😁😁😁.
