- Gunakan 5 porsi of Mie ayam, rebus, tiriskan n kasih kecap manis.
- Diperlukan of Sayuran (sawi, wortel iris n daun bawang).
- Diperlukan of Bumbu halus.
- Siapkan 7 siung of Baput.
- Gunakan 3 siung of Bamer.
- Siapkan of Pelengkap.
- Sediakan 3 butir of Telur ayam.
- Siapkan 2 bh of Otak2 singapur iris.
- Siapkan of Bumbu.
- Gunakan 1 sdm of Saos tiram.
- Sediakan 1 sdt of Myk wijen.
- Gunakan 1 sdt of Kecap ikan.
- Siapkan of Garam.

Bakmi is normally boiled for serving. to make the fried noodles (bakmi goreng), the vegetables and proteins used are vary, but this combination is the best for my family :). You can use any brand indeed, but I found egg-noodles is the best :). Indonesian Bakmi Goreng is a seafood stir fried noodle dish that is a real treat. This was part of the Tumpeng for our Indonesian meal and to be honest I have made it multiple times since.
Cara membuat Bakmie Goreng
- Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukan bumbu yg lainnya lalu masukan telur.
- Masukan mie ayam,sayuran n otak2, tambahkan garam n totole, lalu masak sampai sayuran agak layu.. koreksi rasa.
